Background & Key Challenges
Kallang Wave Mall (KWM), located at the heart of Singapore Sports Hub, sought to strengthen its position as a vibrant lifestyle hub. The mall faced challenges in driving awareness within a competitive retail landscape, engaging younger, trend-driven audiences, and ensuring consistent, relatable content across multiple social platforms.
Solution
To address these challenges, we implemented a full social media management retainer covering Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Our scope included content creation, community management, influencer activations, paid media strategy, and event promotion. By leveraging creative and trend-driven storytelling, we positioned KWM’s unique retail, dining, and lifestyle offerings in a way that felt fresh, engaging, and relevant to its target audience.
Results
Although the contract is still ongoing, early performance from January to May 2025 shows encouraging results.
